The hotel's location was fantastic as it was in close proximity to the main campus of the local university and some great restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. We were delighted by the added bonus of fresh towels and linens every day.

The elevator service was extremely slow, and we often had to wait for several minutes to get to our desired floor. The unexpected noise from the construction site nearby kept us up all night and ruined our New Year celebration.
